Daniel Clark Painting Contractor

I met Daniel and his 4 sons on 4/28/21. We needed our 2 businesses painted by 5/10/21. Daniel said it would take 4-5 days at one location, and 2-3 days at the second location. He gave us a quote, which was high, but said the timeline didn't seem like it would be a problem. A couple days went by, and I reached out 5/2/21 asking if we are still on track for hitting the 5/10/21 deadline. He replied "It looks good". On 5/5/21 Daniel texted me saying they could start on Friday 5/7/21. Knowing that the deadline was Monday, and they didn't work Sundays. replied asking if they could still reach the deadline. He replied "We are sure going to do our best", which didn't seem as confident anymore. When I spoke to him on the phone, his demeanor had changed and he claimed that he never promised that he could get it done in that time period. He then jump right into offering our deposit back and cancelling the entire contract. He returned the money, and I was left to find another painter with the little time I had left. Fortunately I've found another painter that can do the job within the time period needed. My advice if you're going to go with Daniel Clark; get the deadline written into the contract before signing anything.

Did a great job. House is all wooden siding which need a lot of prep work. The crew did an excellent job repairing soffits and repairing siding. They were very professional and finished the job in a timely matter. I would have them paint my house again.

They did what they said they were going to do in the time frame they said. They even threw in some extra stuff for no additional cost. The end product is really pretty.

My house was in pretty bad shape. it had about 6 coats of paint that were, for the most part, just floating on the wood fascia, eves and front face of the house. Daniel is a good guy who will ensure that the job is done at a level that cannot be complained of. The job required alot of man hours just to get it ready to paint with all of the scraping and sanding that was needed. They also replaced and repaired some wood rot areas. The actual paint work was superb, the prep work was good and his customer service is excellent. I am a perfectionist when I do things myself and things bother me if they aren't done correctly. So, he saved me alot of time and headache as I was going to do the job myself. I started the work and probably put in 20 hours of work at the time I hired Daniel Clark. Now, after the job was completed and I walk around the house, nothing bothers me about the job that was done.
