Darcy J. Sears, Sculptor

Everyday I enjoy 5 beautiful sculptures by Darcy that I bought years ago. Darcy is definitely a talented accomplished artist who has sense and control of volume and grace. Also, she's a very kind person.

Darcy is one of Northern California's most talented sculptors. Over the past two years my wife and I have acquired three of her statues and hope to purchase more in the future. As with all of Darcy's work, these pieces are exotic and elegant. They possess incredible power, dignity and balance and never fail to elicit positive comments from our guests. To top it off, Darcy is charming, intelligent and easy to deal with. No drama, no attitude -- just unique, exceptional art.

Darcy is an extremely talented artist specializing in the human form. I purchased a turquoise angel for my living room wall and several small table figures during Artist Opens held at her studio in Sausalito. Her work is multi-faceted, diverse, and I am particularly fond of her bronze works. Whether large or small, Darcy's pieces are beautifully crafted.

We have been lucky enough to acquire three sculptures by Darcy Sears over the years, and the beauty of these pieces greatly enhances our home. These works have a strong, yet intimate presence with which we enjoy living. We look forward to adding more works by Darcy Sears to our collection in the future.
