Really happy with the service provided by the team at Urban Haus. This is a family run business and they really take their service very seriously. I am very happy with my kitchen design, the installation process. I even had Urban Haus fit my LVT floors. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. A shame that my new kitchen looks like it would last forever otherwise I would love to go through the process again haha.

Enjoyed the pre-sale experience but buyer beware once you have paid and any issues start to arise. We had severe delays due to errors by Urban Haus on installation of the worktops. Communication became more difficult, we had to chase all the time and it took far too long to resolve. To add insult to injury they deducted £150 from our compensation from the worktop manufacturers which, quite frankly, we found insulting. Go elsewhere.
