We are grateful to Dave and his team at David Charlez Designs for their talents in developing a absolutely beautiful blueprint for a custom home that we can't wait to break ground on! Dave's ability to create a unique image of a home and floor plan that met all of our desires exceeded our expectations. He and his team's thoughtful design work, attention to detail and photo realistic 3D renderings enabled us to better envision the home during the design process. In addition, their collaboration with the builder was natural and communication between all parties could not have occurred with any greater ease - it was a fun process!

We have worked with Dave on numerous projects being in the industry, so his team was our first call for designing our first home. Dave has this uncanny ability to place and design the right home for the right space. Gabe did and amazing job taking every detail of what we wanted and designing it perfectly into our walkout rambler. Dave’s team has such and eye for detail and function, commingling both j.raedesignsltd@aspects into luxury spaces. David Charlez Designs excels at designing both modern and traditional homes that are beautiful and also functional! I always look forward to building one of Dave's homes as I know that the plans will be well thought out and capture several details that will be important to have during the construction process.

Dave Charlez Designs was amazing to work with on our custom home build. The home turned out just as we had imagined it and the process was easy and fun. What set David Charlez Designs apart from other architects was the reasonable price and 3D imagery of the interior and exterior of the home. Very professional, very talented, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an architect in the Twin Cities.
