I would not recommend Davis-Hawn for your lumber. We had a big job, which was quoted 2-3 months before delivery, and the invoices came in 40% higher than the quote. As you can imagine, the tremendous overage impacts all other decisions on your house project. A purported sophisticated organization would have planned better. There are other lumber companies in Dallas. Please feel free to reach out to me for additional information.
