About Us

Serving the Twin Cities area since 1973, D&B Custom Woods has grown from rather humble beginnings as a one man shop to a thriving business serving hundreds of customers each year. Even though our business has grown, we still focus on serving each and every customer with professional courtesy and responsive attention. Our vision is not mass production but rather creating custom wood products to meet our customer's needs.

Wow! We are so happy! Dennis, Brian, Nestor and all the guys at D and B did a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel. Communication with them is easy and clear, they answer or return phone calls!! They are professional, competent and true craftsmen. We had no surprise budget or deadline changes - everything was spelled out in advance. The quality of their work is outstanding. We are thrilled with our new kitchen. We wholeheartedly recommend.

Dennis made me some custom stair treads on the double in a jiffy and the experience was great. He listened, shared his vast knowledge and met my scheduling demands. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again .

Excellent job. We had a beverage buffet with dark stained wood counter top and upper cabinets, turned out fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for wood work!

D&B consists of father/son duo Dennis and Brian and their amazing craftsmen. They care deeply about providing top quality woodworking for their clients. We hired them to create the kitchen of our dreams as well as bathroom vanities and a custom cubby for our mud room. Dennis' ability to draw out what I had only vaguely conceptualized was amazing. Every part of the project was handled with professionalism, enthusiasm and class. I just love hosting family and friends around the heart of our home - our beautiful, inviting kitchen and great room. Thanks Dennis!!
