Being a good craftsman and having attention to detail are a must. To truly thrive in this industry and deliver a better building experience we must remember if you don't show up on time, fail to meet quoted budgets, fail to meet time lines and don't have professional sub contractors and staff it is all in vain. This is just as important to a successful project as the quality of work. It can be easy for a contractor to view your project as "just another one, I have done a hundred of these" and try to complete the project how they see fit and as fast as possible so they can move on to the next one. Contractors can even sometimes be caviler with a clients budget. Yes completing projects quickly is great but to us it is very important to remember that in some cases a client might of given you most of there savings. In some cases they might have been dreaming about and planning this project for years. This is why we always want to help our clients with the entire construction process not just the manual portion. From the initial designing and planning to the budgeting we want to make sure our clients are informed, feel in control, have been presented with options and are truly satisfied with the construction experience.
