I contacted customer service about an existing 25 year old breaking gate bolt. I was trying to locate a replacement. The representative was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The interaction inspired me to write this unrequested review. This is the way to run a company, so the customer the end user, feels valued.

Through the products it offers and the educational efforts that it sponsors and supports, D&D has become a leader in preventing accidental drownings among toddlers. We have had a relationship with this firm for many years and never found them to be anything but totally professional.
