I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Carmen at Debut Homes. She staged our home beautifully. We got an offer in 4 days of listing. I definitely think her thoughtful staging is what got our home sold so quickly. She is very responsive, friendly, quick, and helpful. She truly brought out the best in our home. Consultation was quick easy. She addressed every aspect of our home. She kept me and my husband well informed during the entire process. She is very organized and clear. There was never any sort of confusion. I never had a question for her during this process; she is very concise. Carmen went out of her way to make sure things were just perfect for final staging. Things were placed thoughtfully and the decor appeared luxe and tasteful. It all looked magazine picture perfect. De-staging was quick and clean. She left our walls pristine. Above and beyond. Excellent.

Carmen was introduced to us by our Realtor in preparation for selling our home. I knew we were in excellent hands from our very first meeting when she came to view our property. She walked through each room and made suggestions, and was patient and kind answering all of our questions, never rushing us. Carmen followed up with an action item list for us, along with a list of reputable companies for additional services like window cleaning. She did a beautiful staging job when the house was ready to go on the market. Each room reflected exquisite attention to detail and the end result was nothing short of amazing! Our house sold in two days and we firmly believe that Carmen’s magic touch truly made it stand out from the other houses in our community, many of which are still sitting after months on the market. She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we would definitely use her again on any future projects!

Carmen is simply amazing! She is personable, sincere, respectful, and gifted at what she does. I truly believe that she is the reason my house sold in 4 days and I had 4 offers to choose from--3 were above listing price! From choosing paint colors and helping me update fixtures to the final staging, Carmen transformed my house into a show palace! So many prospective buyers commented on how lovely and spacious my home looked. Even the photographer who took pictures for MLS said she was so happy that the house was bright and beautiful because she would not have to touch up the photos. My real estate agent (who uses Carmen exclusively), said he couldn't keep count of all the traffic in and out of my home during the open house. Carmen goes above and beyond as well. She handled a catastrophe with grace and professionalism. The evening before the photo shoot, Carmen and I planned to meet at my house at 5:00 pm for light staging. The people who were supposed to be done sealing the tile grout at noon were still there. They threw all of my things and some furniture in the garage. It was a mess. Worse yet, they had not planned on putting the items back. It was pouring down rain and Carmen offered to help me move things into the house so she could stage. When the crew was finished, she ran interference by directing them as to what else needed to be moved into the house. Carmen stayed until 10:30 pm that night. By the time she left, my home was beautiful. She never once complained. Carmen always checked in with me to see how things were going throughout the entire project. She truly has a passion for what she does and it shows! I'm going to miss Carmen so much, but hmmmmm . . . . I'll have a new house soon, so guess who I'll be calling! ;-)
