MI&T offers more than 50 major metro areas unbiased mold testing without a conflict of interest including Denver and surrounding cities. A big problem in the mold industry was that a lot of mold inspectors also performed mold removal. So after an assessment was completed, the inspector says hey I can fix this for you! As you can imagine this is not how the process should happen. In our minds you should NEVER be doing your own remediation, choose one or the other on the job at the very least. Even though there are honest people in the mold industry that offer both services, our company only handles the inspections so you don't have to worry about that possibility... why would you choose any other way. All of our inspectors are certified and insured. They'll do a full visual inspection looking for red flag areas like water intrusion, excess moisture, and visible mold. They'll take a minimum of 2 air sample (1 in/1 out) to determine if elevated conditions exist or not. Additional samples are available and may be recommended to help confirm the source of a problem or see how far a problem has spread. Every client will receive lab reports in 1-3 business days and those that do have elevated conditions are provided with a detailed report for exactly what needs to be done in order to fix the issues.
