The Custom Home Desert Star Homes LLC built for us has leaking doors when it rains, doors that fall off hinges, No warranty paperwork or contact information, pavers that slope toward the house and garage causing water intrusion at each rain. Repair work that is worse than the original issue. I wish I could post the videos of our leaking doors that we have. The six photos posted are just a minor glimpse of the workmanship quality of Desert Star Homes LLC. The last image is an exterior door they took the door bottom off so the door would not rub on the threshold. (note the bare raw wood exposed)

Do not choose this builder. There is not customer service, no follow through, poor workmanship. Incomplete and sub standard work. No ethics. They promise and never deliver. They look for the customers with unlimited funds and turn their back if you try and keep them on your agreed upon budget. They have two types of customer service, one for the wealthy and one for restricted budgets. They are vastly different. If you don't have unlimited funds, do not choose this company.
