I have worked with Fred for over 20 years and he is the most supportive sales rep. I can give him a unusual request and he will take the time to search all his resources and send me links the the suggested products. I recently ordered 4 parson's chairs with needed stretcher supports on the legs. He gave me options and then sent me 10 fabric samples to choose from. If there is a problem Fred jumps in and helps to resolve the issue and I end with a satisfied customer. I recommend him highly.
