Cathy has been fantastic in facilitating getting our home deck planned, approved, permitted and getting a final inspection and approval from the city of Tampa. She did exactly what she promised when we agreed to work together and I can't be more happy!!

Cathy was very professional and spent hours and kept asking questions about what we wanted. After several designs we settled on one that suited our needs best. We had had no idea about construction and Kathy was there throughout the process and kept the contractors on the plans. She measured all the setbacks for the neighbors and found a contact in the city planing department to get the plans moving forward and avoid any roadblocks. She didn’t stop there she was around for inspections at critical stages of construction. The addition is finished and I have been living in there for a year. I could not be more pleased, the space is perfect in every way. Thank you Cathy!

Cathy is very professional and a hands on architect. We took more than two years with the design and she was always on time in sending changes that we requested adding her own expertise and guiding us through out the different phases of construction. It's very easy to talk to her and she was extremely patient with all the changes we asked her to make. I have not come across and architect like Cathy, who is professional and very personable, She understood the emotional aspect we went through with construction. We are blessed to have found Cathy to design the remodeling and Chapman Co, to do the work for us. She stays in the budget and educated us on the engineering part of remodeling as well as ideas on how to be realistic about the budget. Thank You Cathy , for the fine remodeling job.

She was most responsive to our ideas and provided n excellent set of drawings that were provided our contractor JAMCO of Safety Harbor, Florida. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Expertise on utilizing existing space with a flair. Big or small projects welcomed, listened to our needs and wants very carefully and provided the design accordingly with our budget in mind. Did not hire at this time due to constraints but would in the future.

I first had a garage door (end of garage area design) done in my Tarpon Springs home. Good quality work. So I asked for cottage design for Dunedin house. Loved the design and work but did not build the cottage - too costly to build at the time.
