Our multiple-room audio and theater project was designed and installed by Dean and Rick in 2003. While at the time I questioned the selection of equipment and hardware given the cost associated with top-end products, now, 10 years later I consider ourselves fortunate that the quality of the "build" was what it was. This is not to say that there are occasional replacements, maintenance or upgrades - in fact these were probably the best testament to the dedication and professionalism of Design Installatioins. Since our original project we have upgraded and expanded our system as our needs - and technology - have changed. With as many options available as there are for the set up of home video and audio solutions, as well as transparency of pricing available on the internet, the true distinguishing factors in this business are service and integrity. When a projector lamp goes out or a glitch occurs, it is often in the evening or over a weekend, when the family most relies on the entertainment system. Rick and Dean have never let us down and have earned my loyalty and the highest marks.

Design Installations have provided professional quality AV and internet services for our home for the past 12 years. Design Installations thinks through the project with you, they provide the most current options available and they plan for the future. Our most recent project was an upgrade of our internet system. I called on a Monday and asked with fingers crossed "could it be done by the weekend". The system was up running brilliantly faster by midday Friday. This wasn't an easy feat. The equipment was ordered from a company in CA, they had to work on their schedule to fit the project in, and Rick spent an hour or so with the internet service provider to get the modem speeds the ISP guaranteed. We look to Design Installations for all of our AV needs, be it televisions, home theater, audio systems and internet. We are so pleased with their service that we highly recommend them to all of our friends.
