About Us

Dianne’s design philosophy is that it’s “All About My Client”. As each client and space is unique, Dianne will provide the creative expertise to help create a space that reflects your taste, personality, and lifestyle. Her corporate project management experience allows Dianne to manage projects smoothly, on time and within budget. DGR Interior Designs opened in 2000. After a successful career in the corporate world, Dianne followed her passion of interior design. Dianne graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design and worked for several design firms prior to starting her own business in 2000. Dianne actively participates in conferences and seminars to keep up with the latest in the design field. She is CQRID certified as a Professional Member of the Interior Design Society. She is Past President of the Connecticut Chapter of the Interior Design Society and currently sits on the Board as Program Chairperson. DGR Interior Designs is a full service Design Company providing Residential and Commercial Design Services to all of Connecticut.

I have had the pleasure of getting to know Dianne through our mutual membership in the Connecticut chapter of IDS, the Interior Design Society. Her philosophy that it's "all about her client" comes across so successfully when discussing her work.She is in tune in directing her design to her clients' wishes and able to put that design in place in a timely manner. Her approach is a perfect blend of a warm personality balanced with experience and professionalism. She is a perfect choice for anyone seeking a designer for projects both large and small.

I worked with Dianne for over a year while we completely renovated our beach house in Westbrook, CT. She was very professional & full of good resources! While I happen to be a "hands on" client with many of my own ideas, Dianne respected that but was always there when I was stuck. Her advice about room layouts, wall colors, etc. was always right on the mark. Thank you Dianne for your invaluable advice on our project!!
