DO NOT USE! I have never experienced such horrible customer service. We were suggested to use them when going through the Mass Save program for a new heating system. We decided to convert from oil to propane and the installation was a horrible experience in April 2018. They tried to bait and switch us by not installing the way we agreed and tried to make us incur additional costs beyond what we agreed and took a loan out for. They never came back to fix our lawn that they damaged during the installation process. Fast forward to today, less than a year with their system - i have called their emergency service line 5 times from 6PM on and never once received a call back. I have now called 5 times since they have been open starting at 7AM and still have no resolution. Our house is without heat, prior to a storm and the best they told us was to buy space heaters and wait for the part in the mail. I have not been able to speak with a supervisor, they have not sent anyone here to check the system, and will not return my calls. I am SO disappointed and truly hope future customers steer clear!!! Heating systems costs a small fortune, we should all expect better service of these systems once installed and have a reliable company to call upon after such an investment. Horrible service, horrible products.

WE went from all electric heating and hot water to gas. Waited a few months to rite this in case there were any glitches.. Dipietro Heating did a great job installing an entire gas heating system to our house!!!! Baseboards, Gas lines from the outside, exhaust venting and intake. I mean the whole thing,,, In just one week... Phenominal!!!!! With only a few ceiling tiles scratched in basement..

As an energy advisor in the Mass Save program I would often refer customers to DiPietro Heating and Cooling. From intake, providing a fair quote, to install I never once heard a single customer complain. They know the Mass Save program, and help people take advantage of every single rebate, incentive, and financing to get energy efficient equipment installed in their home.

Mt boiler went down on Christmas day they sent a tech right out. Boiler was not repairable they came the very next day and replaced my system . Installation was very professional .

We had been running our units constantly really really cold and they are old (about 8-10 years). When DiPietro Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical first came out they initially thought we might need new units, but one of the guys came back a few days later after the unit was thawed out and educated us on how we should be using them and they were fine. They were so honest, they could have easily replaced them and we wouldn't have known. They saved us so much money and I really appreciate how honest and ethical they were.
