I completely agree with Surfer about the owner and poor communication, delays in materials, etc. Our contract called for 8 month installation. 16 months later and we are squabbling over poor workmanship and final payment to be made BEFORE finishing the pool and even providing a finish date. Lights have been sitting here for 8 weeks since two guys showed up and said they were missing a wire and would be back the next day. Backsplash that is chipped in two places. Electrical boxes exposed for months. Coping installed with no cement below creating a safety hazard. Refusal to correct a stucco wall that was installed crooked. I could go on, but they don't seem interested in completing the pool. We could be dead before this is completed.

Amazing quality and thinking of best quality and customer service. Not the most expensive but not the cheapest. Great quality with great workmanship. Super happy would defiantly refer!!!

Salesman was excellent to work with but the owner is the issue with this company. He does all scheduling and procuring but fails to keep the home owner in the loop. He does not manage his crews and they show up unexpected and will leave your house worse then it was when they showed up. The company broke 3 sprinklers and did notify the home owner, then backfilled all the pipes and made the home owner correct the broken pipes. My pool is going on month 3 of construction and due to the owner not procuring pavers in time, I will wait another 4weeks. Summer will be almost over! I should have hired someone else.
