Dan replaced a 14" short 25-yr old toilet with a 16-1/2" chair high toilet in our newly purchased home. He forgot to drain all the water out of the old toilet before sliding it on cardboard out the front door. Fortunately it was on tile flooring and cleanup was easy. He also forgot a new seal for the new toilet and the old seal started to leak into the bathroom ceiling below about six months after installation. We had another contractor come out to replace the seal and fix the ceiling board and plaster stomp it. Still like the toilet, but it ended up being more expensive.

Dan does impeccable work. He is thorough and thoughtful and hard working. I had no worries about the quality of his work and would highly recommend him.
