The professional meticulous work the Posey have done for us is exactly what u c in a brochure and hope to get, but don't usually. Well we got it with these superb workers. N We were told every step of the way what was happening, and any questions we asked were answered promptly and very knowledgeably. I have to mention the crew who were the most respectful friendly group of guys u could wish to meet from David Sr ,David Posey, Jimmy, Edgar and Daniel. Whom we now consider as family. Not one minor mistake was made. We could not be more ecstatic and wouldn't even consider any other company if we need future work. They have made my house beautiful again.

We hired Posey Contracting group for a complete master bath renovation. David Posey was very accessible and knowledgeable during pre-construction consultation, and helped to clarify the vision we had for new construction. We did not have a formal design on paper, but after presenting David with photos and rough sketches of ideas we particularly liked, he then suggested a workable plan that suited our tastes and our budget as well. Although our project required a total demo of the old bath area, any disruption to our household was kept to a minimum by David's crew. The results were way beyond our expectations and everyone who has seen our beautiful new master bath has been highly complimentary. Based on Posey Contracting's high standards of workmanship and the trust we feel they deserve, we will be hiring them for additional work in the future.

Posey Contracting is an amazing company that will make your next project a masterpiece. David is very good at listening to ideas / thoughts and putting on paper just as you describe them. Then from paper to reality, straight out of your head to your home. They put extreme care and detail in to ever single part of the job. Posey Contracting Group helped us with our renovations in our town home. They closed up our living room loft and made a 4th bedroom and a huge storage closet on our second story. Very fine experience working with this company. We had an entire kitchen tear out and install. The cabinet and tile providers were great and the finished project was beautiful and reflected my vision for the kitchen. It was quite a large project so was a little expensive but we had a budget and staid within that budget. I made a few minor changes without difficulty or much added expense. We had a contract and it was honored. All the work men were helpful, polite and worked non stop while here on the job. Have nothing but great remarks for this crew and my finished product.

The Posey's have done two bathrooms in two of my homes(One in Winter Park and one in Oviedo). These guys do great work and are very easy to work with. The one thing I look for in someone doing work in my house is honesty. If a mistake was made they do not try to cover it up. They make you aware of what has happened and you make the call on how they fix it. I never had any issues giving them a key to my home and allowing them inside while nobody was home. I trust them and the work that they do. Their pricing is fair and competitive. Both bathrooms turned out beautiful and will continue to use them for more work.

Our project included total renovation of the kitchen, master bath, new roof and flooring throughout house. We were introduced to quality products and given advisement through the entire project. David took a personal interest in our project and ensured that every detail met our satisfaction.

The Posey team installed new flooring, updated stairs and railing and updated the master bath. The work was generally satisfactory though several material selections extended the project timing. The end result was positive and the management made sure all concerns were addressed and fixed. I would use them again.
