Drapery Den

I remodeled my whole house and the last step was to get drapery. I was already overwhelmed with the whole process of remodeling and had no clue where to begin, especially with drapery. While researching, I stumbled upon Drapery Dens' website and decided to schedule a consultation and am very happy that I made this decision. I get to work with Rene and she’s awesome. She kept showing me fabric samples until I was 100% satisfied. I had a small window within which I wanted this to be done and she delivered before that. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Highly recommend her.

What a service you all provide! Randy came out to my home and I selected the fabric for my curtains from a wide array of choices, thanks for your patience! Randy was friendly and gave us lots of tips to keep the curtains in tip top shape. I am very happy with the product, delivery and service.

My wife and I had very specific needs for our remodeled bathroom window treatments, i.e. they had to be durable, waterproof and with a modern horizontal stripe design. After several attempts with another national provider of window coverings, we were told they could not provide what we needed. "We don't have anything that works well in bathrooms" they said. Finally, we found this local company, Drapery Den, who succeeded with the others failed. We worked with Rene, who made the process of selection a joyful and rewarding experience for us. She was a wealth of knowledge and brought numerous samples, explaining the pros and cons of each. She found us just the right material: a heavy polyester fabric with beautiful horizontal stripe pattern in white, blue and green. She was most professional, and finished the job in the time that she promised. The end results were better than expected, and we plan on using the Drapery Den for our other room remodels in the future.

We recently retired and relocated to Queen Creek, Az and built our retirement home of 5175 sq ft which required window treatments. We found Drapery Den through a flyer included in the value-pac mailer. We contacted Drapery Den . Rene Summers, the owner contacted us and arranged for a visit to our home. We were very pleased with Rene`s demeanor and was impressed with her interior design knowledge and professionalism. We spent the entire day with her at our home reviewing various styles, colors, materials, etc. The day concluded with my wife and I deciding to go with Drapery Den and placed an order for all the window treatments in our home. The delivery was approximately 6 weeks. Rene, has promised, arrived with the installer and spent the entire day (10:00am-7:00PM) installing and making sure that the installation was to perfection. My wife and I were very please with the outcome and also the reasonable costs. We highly recommend Drapery Den and will definitley use Drapery Den again in the future

Renee was such an inspiration to work with. Not only did she have so many amazing ideas, I felt that she truly listened to my needs and wishes and did such a great job with executing the perfect end result. I highly recommend her skills, her professionalism, her focus on details and her ability of staying within my budget and still ending up with such a beautiful design.

I recently built a new home and needed to furnish my windows and sliding doors with drapery treatments. I contacted Rene Summers of Drapery Den for her assistance. I sent Rene photos in advance of our first in person meeting. When Rene came out to my house, she already had an idea of what style and textile I might be interested in and streamlined the design process. During our project, Rene made a few more visits to my home to present concepts and was there the entire installation time. My 6 windows and 2 sets of doors look amazing. Her design expertise and her understanding the customer, resulted in beautiful treatments for my once boring windows and doors. But most importantly, Rene has wonderful customer service and always had my best interest in mind. In fact, I needed some assistance in securing the right mirror for my powder room and Rene graciously agreed to assist me with this project as well. She really has an eye for great design - one that fits the needs and feel of her customers. She is a pleasure to work with and made this process FUN!

Rene is very knowledgeable and helpful. She provides the customer with the best value possible. I have used this service several times and they are consistent in practice.
