Dream Touch Renovations

Our basement renovation project consisted of a storage room, mechanical / utility room, 3-piece bathroom, office and open multipurpose room with closet. We hired Dreamtouch Renovations to complete everything except plumbing and HVAC. From start to finish, the design, development, permit, pre-construction, construction, electrical and finishing phases were flawlessly executed. The trades were extremely professional, organized and competent. During the construction phase, the job site was cleaned on a regular basis. Last minute change requests and customizations were dealt with ease no issues. The final product was delivered as promised on time and for a reasonable price. Kudos to Moe (DTR) for exceeded our expectations!

I can't say enough about the quality of both craftsmanship and client service we received from Dreamtouch. From the very beginning in the planning phase all the way though to the final product and reveal, it was above and beyond our expectations. I especially liked the web interface that allowed me to view progress reports, photo updates and change orders remotely. It made the project that much more efficient, not having to go back and forth for documentation and approval. To sum up our experience, Honesty, integrity and professionalism. Not to mention a beautiful and innovative design. I highly recommend Dreamtouch to everyone. In fact we are using them again for another project right now.
