Dunwoodie Architects grew from the dissolution of the Northern Regional Health Authority when the practice founder, Mike Dunwoodie, formed the practice in 1990 bringing together individuals with a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector. Over the last 25 years the practice has evolved into the well-known healthcare specialist it is today and has continued to grow, expanding into the commercial and residential sectors. We are not just the name- we are the people behind the name and whatever our size we treat our clients as individuals and strive to build one to one relationships, meeting the highest standards in everything we do, helping our clients to deliver more. We believe in creating architecture that makes a significant contribution to the quality of the built environment, our surroundings and places in which we live and work. Through our architecture we aim to create spaces and environments that have a positive impact on people’s lives, be it living, working, socialising or healing.
