Hello, I am writing about my dishwasher. It is a lemon. The same issue has already been repaired five times, but Electrolux continues to refuse to replace it. It was repaired on the following dates: Each time they replaced the panel 3/30/20 6/29/20 7/13/20 8/3/20 2/9/21 This is the timeline on my dishwasher: 5/22/19 - purchase date 10/5/19 - dishwasher arm broken, we ordered a replacement and we paid for it 12/30/19 - dishwasher arm broken again, Electrolux scent parts. 3/2020 3/24/20 - dishwasher guy comes and orders a new panel. 3/30/20 - dishwasher guy repairs the panel. 4/28/20 - The dishwasher panel is broken again 5/11/20 - dishwasher guy ordered parts 6/29/20 - dishwasher guy doesn't show up for repair appointment. 7/13/20 - dishwasher panel repair again and it took 76 days to repair it. 7/28/20 - dishwasher panel is broken again 8/3/20 - dishwasher panel is repaired again. 1/6/2021- dishwasher panel is broken again 2/3/21- dishwasher guy didn't show up 2/9/21 - dishwasher panel fixed again 3/4/21- dishwasher panel broken again Will you please approve my dishwasher's replacement?

I purchased my Electrolux EW30EW65GS oven 3 1/2 years ago from an independant retailer. Everything was great for 3 years until my top oven stopped heating. After two repairmen came to inspect and "fix" my oven, it was determined that the oven had literally burned a hole through the base of the top oven. Heat would escape through the hole and never keep the top oven hot. After raising this issue to Electrolux, they only informed me that I was out of warranty and needed to replace the oven myself. I didnt realize that I would be spending $1000 a year to lease an oven! I would recommend that you try a different brand with higher quality products and customer service.

We purchased the Ew28BS85KS7. We have had nothing but problems with it. The freezer drawer wouldn't align correctly and ended up creating ice build up. There was frost all over everything in the freezer. We've had to call a repair person to come and fix it. Now we can't even get the drawer opened. It was a waste of our money.

My second Electrolux dryer in 3 years just broke again. Electrolux customer service is no help. Plan on paying a lot in repair bills if you go with this brand.

Never buy fridge EW28BS85KS8. Less than three years old, ice maker never worked (on our 10th callout). Fresh produce draw broken and won't open. Electrolux won't cover and claims this is cosmetic. Clearly a lemon and Electrolux will not replace.

I purchased all new Electrolux appliances 3.5 years ago. The quality is terrible. My appliances are breaking and Electrolux will not stand behind their product. A simple Google search will direct you to many websites such as consumeraffairs.com where you can read the experiences of hundreds of other people who are having the same issues. Service department is also poor.

I have had the privilege of working with Electrolux for many years. They have an excellent management team that is absolutely the best at responding to their customers' needs. Look for amazingly innovative products to continue from Electrolux!
