Malorie was extremely professional and helpful in my quest to replace a broken built in soap dispenser. I wasn't thrilled about a whole new dispenser, or the process to locate and replace it. Malorie took the time to explore repair or availability of parts although a replacement ultimately was the only option. She then took the time to look at alternative options and pricing that would suit my request. In the end I was able to get what I needed at the best price possible with the least amount of time or hassle.

Great help to me as I redesigned 3 bathrooms in a house project. They have great choices, for fixtures and related items like mirrors and cabinets. My new bathrooms get raves from all of my friends and family. I also purchase s one of s kind stone sink that I use in my bar area. It is s showstopper!! Many many thanks to Henri and Julie who made my project so much fun!!

One of our first interactions with Elegant Additions was when we took one of our clients to their showroom to select plumbing fixtures for their upcoming master suite remodel. We took our client to EA as well as one other showroom in Dallas. At the end of the day, both the client and myself were much more impressed with our experience at Elegant Additions. Our sales associate, Lauren, was so pleasant and knowledgeable, and her follow-up post meeting was prompt and professional. Since that encounter, our interactions with Elegant Additions have been nothing but nice. From the ordering process, to delivery, to post-delivery check ins, I can't praise Elegant Additions enough for its high level of professionalism and communication on both the homeowner *and* contractor end.

This is such a great company to work with. The owner and employees are well informed and very helpful. There have been countless times they have helped us with plumbing and hardware issues. Some of those times we had ordered from someone else, and they still helped us figure it out. They are the best at customer service.

It's hard to find enough superlatives to describe Elegant Additions but I will try.
