Run run run!!!!!! They took my 70% deposit and never ordered my doors!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s a disaster! Turned out they spend my money and didn’t have any to actually fulfill my order! We need up working directly with the manufacturer and paying DOUBLE the price!!! Scam !!!!!! They also promised to pay us back from the new deposits for the new orders, that didn’t happen neither!!! STAY AWAY

We just finished our project with elegant and everything went as planned. I’m super happy with the installation. We replaced 16 windows 2 patio doors and my entry door. During installation the crew were great about keeping the rest of the house clean. Once everything was done it was spotless. I received great customer service throughout my entire project starting from the office manager, my sales rep and the installers. Thank you so much guys!
