Wow, I’m just amazed and impressed with everything that Elena did for my husband and I during our kitchen remodel! She guided us through the entire process and came up with a truly elegant design that matches our taste and our home perfectly. I can’t say enough good things and I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is thinking about remodeling a kitchen or bathroom.

From start to finish, working with Elena at Kitchen Envy was a pleasure. She is a true professional. We did a full gut job of our home and Elena did all the cabinetry for our kitchen and 4 baths. From our first visit, Elena took the time to understand what I was looking for functionally and aesthetically. & Elena delivered! Our cabinetry is magnificent! While there were some issues, Elena resolved them. Elena is a prompt and great communicator. Elena has the highest standards for her work. I am pretty particular and detail oriented; Elena was dedicated to making sure the cabinetry was to perfection—my GC had insisted that he do the installation and when he did not get everything right or to Elena’s standard’s; Elena sent John, one of her GCs, and his team from Ferdinand Construction to make everything correct on her dime!! Customer service like this is rare, Elena really went above and beyond! Kitchen Envy and Ferdinand Construstruction are meticulous and masters of their professions. I have been living with my beautiful, functionally cabinetry for over 6 months and wouldn’t change a thing about the design or finishes. Go see Elena at Kitchen Envy to fully enjoy the remodel process and to get quality cabinetry you’ll enjoy for years to come. MORE DETAILS & ADVICE: Our GC originally had us working with another design studio. They were very difficult, did not listen, and made me feel like my cabinetry was being assigned to me. Having done other remodels, I knew it did not have to be this way, especially since even at a big box store we had had a better experience. Although my GC was not happy(he still got his 10%), I searched for another place to do our cabinetry. Fortunately, I found Elena at Kitchen Envy. The cabinetry portion of our project was delightful due to Elena and we are beyond satisfied. Elena was extremely patient and professional with our difficult GC. Additionally, I would highly advise anyone to go with one of the GCs Elena recommends for cabinetry installation as she seeks and achieves quality work. Elena got us 2 bids for install which were less than what we ended up paying our GC, as he insisted on installing. What we got from our GC was odd trim work, a panel dishwasher that stuck out more than 2 inches, a lot of complaining and excuses. Elena along with Ferdinand Construction simply came in and resolved all issues(most that I was not aware of)– wish I had this type of regard and outcome for our entire remodel project. Elena does not just sell cabinetry; she ensures excellence. AGAIN NOTE, she paid to have Ferdinand Construction fix the errors of my GC. If I have not been previously clear, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELENA AT KITCHEN ENVY AND GOING WITH ONE OF HER CONTRACTORS!!

We love the design of our kitchen remodel. It was extremely dramatic change. 1980 dark oak prefab cabinets, not good use of space at all and now we are living in a kitchen that is fun, great to look at and we feel a whole lot more modern. Elana of Kitchen ENVY was great to work with and understood what I was trying to accomplish. She added her expertise where it was needed and I feel we worked super well together and that is what we wanted, a designer who sees us. Elena helped make our MCM dream kitchen a reality! We already had a direction in mind for the design of the kitchen in our 60’s ranch home and sought out a professional to make it happen with the perfect cabinets. Working within the existing footprint of the kitchen, Elena designed a more functional layout to fit our needs and was very considerate of our budget when it came to picking out the right wood to fit the retro style. Elena is honest and attentive, and I would recommend her to anyone in the Reno area that desires a modern, updated kitchen. Thanks to Elena, Darren, and the Lowe's team it was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TRANSFORMATION! It took a long time to come to the decision to take on such an undertaking of our small kitchen. I researched a few places and decided on Lowe's after seeing a friends kitchen and we are so happy and delighted we made that choice. Elena and Darren from Lowe's in Sparks Nevada were outstanding in there customer service. Taking on a kitchen of our small size and making the space more user friendly was not an easy task and it came out looking absolutely amazing! Elena's since of style and how she gets an understanding of what we would like is uncanny. Darren's implementation of how of these ideas would work in such a small space was exciting to see come to life in his designs. Not being able to relocate the washer because of cost and move the dryer from the garage to the kitchen was more affordable but presented challenges to make it look aesthetically pleasing. It wasn't easy but they they did it. Also putting in the slider pantry by the refrigerator was genius. I would recommend their expertise to everyone I know, not just because they are great what they do, but also because of their commitment and passion for your project. No matter the scope or scale or the littlest details they take the time needed to get it right for you. Elena made the whole process comfortable and took the time needed to make sure it was all going to work. From start to finish the whole team had an amazing work ethic and shared our vision of what we were trying to create. They will find what works for you and make it happen. Elena and David Corn from Lowes were very helpful when we decided to upgrade our kitchen. We had never undergone a project like this before. They were very kind and full of great ideas that we hadn't even thought of. Remodeling a kitchen in a home of 40+ years was not easy, and there were unforeseen problems that came up. Elena was attentive to our concerns and the problems were quickly and professionally handled with the much appreciated hard work of the contractors that work along side Lowes.

We would highly recommend Elena and the team at Lowe's, She exceeded our expectations on many occasions. We began our project with a consultation with Darren, he listen to our ideas and laid out the design as we had envisioned it. We met with Elena to discuss the details and the scope of the renovation. Her excitement for our project was apparent as she suggested many different color and texture options. Whenever we were unsure if the individual products we liked would work well together, we could count on her to give helpful design advise. Elena went above and beyond her job title and responsibilities and was there for us whenever we contacted her. She would reply in a short moments notice and help us with any situation that came up. A short review will never say enough to express our gratitude and satisfaction for what Elena did for us. We highly recommend her and Darren for your remodel projects.
