If I could give them 10 Stars I would! You find out the caliber of a company or team when problems arise. I can tell you with perfect certainty and without fear of contradiction this TEAM performs unbelievable when it matters most! They flew 2800 miles 2 days before Xmas to make sure the outcome was absolutely perfect! We couldn't be happier! Mikhail and his team are truly special and the finished product is one of the rare items that is better than advertised.

I purchased an exquisite custom pool table from 11 Ravens. Every step of the process was exceptional, from design advice through production and delivery. I asked for a finish that was new to them, and they tested it thoroughly and applied it perfectly. The final product is fantastic -- exactly what would hope for from a high end company. I recommend them with tremendous enthusiasm.

I recently purchased a beautiful luxury teak wood ping pong table from 11 Ravens. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with them. In addition to receiving an incredible price for the table, still expensive but amazing value, it was a pleasure working with Michael and his team. The installation crew was also personable and friendly and made sure that everything was set up properly before leaving. I hope to save up my piggy bank to get a dart board in the future. Expensive stuff, but you get what you pay for!

I was tasked with finding a white ping pong table to be delivered as soon as possible for an event my boss was hosting. We were lucky enough to not only find a great ping pong table, but to find a company that was willing to do everything in their power to help me get this done. We were so happy with the table and service that my boss purchased one as a gift to Ellen Degeneres for her 60th birthday (seen in image published on Meek Mills twitter). Again, we had a tight deadline that was met and even included custom paddles (image attached). He then purchased an additional table for himself a few months later. All three times 11 Ravens understood the goal and worked with us to coordinate the logistics of the project with little supervision. Elina and her team are professional and efficient. I would definitely work with them again.

Incredibly unique distinctive designs with the utmost quality; will wow any guest every time; our shuffleboard table plays better than any table out there; we will be purchasing additional game tables from 11 Ravens.

Awesome experience. I went back and forth several times as I simply did not want a 4 legged table but also needed a drawer for my pool supplies. They pretty much designed a table for my needs. The installers who came out were top notch. Really made a difference watching them go through the installation. I'll also say their conversion tops are exceptional. I drove my sales consultant up a wall with questions and going back and forth on finishes but the end result was worth it for all.

My team and I collaborated with 11 Ravens on a retail experience for my store in New York City. The table was recently delivered and looks absolutely spectacular. It will very quickly become the highlight of the store. Look forward to working with them again!

11 Ravens built a Stealth Billiard in Brushed Aluminum for my family. It turned out amazing. The company was very professional to work with. Incredible attention to detail. The owner, Michael, took calls when I had questions and was personally involved to make certain the end product was top notch.

I am the extremely proud owner of an ebony Theseus Pong table that is as cool a piece of artwork as a house could have. "Some hang their art...I play on mine". The folks were a pleasure which to work and even the owner is an ex-pro pongster which showed up in the functionality/quality of the table. Most guest bring out their cell phone for its picture. I recommend adding sub-surface lighting highlighting the beautiful ebony base.

Excellent customer service - Elina is a pleasure to work with. Any issues, design questions, specifications etc were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner with good outcomes each and every time. Even after installation the dedication to customer satisfaction is apparent as the support was ongoing. Tables are a beautifully crafted and expertly finished. This is the second time I have worked with them and I will continue to do so.

Their commitment to customer service was extremely helpful and even with the short production schedule we had to work with they crafted a beautiful billiards table that our client couldn't be happier with. We ordered a outdoor table tennis table from 11 Ravens. During the entire process, every person involved was extremely kind and helpful with all questions and concerns. The table was promptly delivered and the entire process could have not been any smoother. Great product and customer service. We would/will definitely use 11 Ravens again and I can highly recommend to any other customer.
