Elizabeth Krueger Design

We retained Elizabeth Krueger Design for our brand new home in Riverside. We have been in our new home for 2 months. From the first time we met Elizabeth and the EKD team it has been nothing short of a great relationship with the best possible results. EKD was contracted for all color, bath, kitchen, tile, etc selections as well as all furniture selections including window treatments, art and rugs. The end results were more than we ever imagined. We never could have accomplished this on our own. Elizabeth and her team guided us the entire way but did so in a way to get the look and feel we desired with their expert input. They made the process interesting and fun yet kept their eyes on the goal. They kept us on schedule and were as responsive as any business we have ever dealt with. In addition to delivering the best possible results Elizabeth and everyone on her team were wonderful. They were kind, interesting and fun. They certainly made the process seem like more than just another job to them. We enthusiastically and strongly recommend Elizabeth, Janelle, Erin and the entire EKD team if you are doing a brand new home or a major rehab of an existing home. We found EKD via Houzz, so it seems appropriate to express our delight and appreciation on this forum. Elizabeth and her team did a fantastic job of capturing our aesthetic – our space brims with elegance, sophistication, and subtle nods to our heritage (just as we had requested). The team thoughtfully refreshed and repurposed our existing furnishings, and added classic pieces with clean lines – all infused with Elizabeth’s sui generis flourishes. Kudos to Elizabeth’s exceptional team – they are top notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Every aspect of the design process was clearly articulated and executed as communicated. Needless to say, we highly recommend EKD. It was a pleasure partnering with them, and truly, one of the best decisions we made for our home!

After working with this team for months, I figured it was about time to leave a formal review. My husband and I know nothing about making a space feel like a home and from our very first meeting with them we really felt like they 'got' us, what we like, and gently pushed us to try or look at new things we maybe wouldn't have gravitated to before. Their communication is incredible, when they say something is going to get done, it's done right and on time, and at the end of the day they are all just so cool and talented that you genuinely enjoy working with them. Our home is more than I could have ever imagined - a space I literally thought only existed on Pinterest boards. My husband even enjoyed the entire process because of how amazing this team is. I can't speak highly enough of them, and there aren't enough stars to even rank them on here. We are so in love with our home and it is because of EKD. If we ever move or do anything else in the future, hands down, I wouldn't do it without working with them.

Every single day I look around my new home and am in love. I feel warmth, a casual elegance, and an edginess all at once that keeps every angle interesting. It is exactly the result I was hoping for, and it developed so naturally from a blank slate with Elizabeth and her team. I had my own ideas of what I liked, and Elizabeth listened and channeled them into something bolder and more beautiful than my family and I could ever imagine. She is a brilliant and talented visionary who can execute to the finest details with impressive efficiency and confidence. She is truly a star and has already received significant recognition and praise by those who are highly respected and accomplished in the design field. From a process standpoint, Elizabeth and her team were consistently highly communicative and easy to reach, enthusiastic and engaged in the project, good problem solvers, fair in their fees, flexible in all ways, down to earth, and a pleasure to spend time with. If I had another project, I wouldn't use anyone else. I actually miss having Elizabeth around. My advice: get her while you can.

It was a pleasure to work with Elizabeth and her team. They were quick and creative in turning ideas into reality, easy to communicate with, adaptable and solution focused. I would highly recommend them again to anyone looking for thoughtful, creative, solution orientated people.

I hired EKD for interior decorating of a new house, first floor only. Elizabeth and her team were professional, timely, and I was very happy with the finished product.
