While Emerald Homes has a quality product, this review is more about their on-site realtors who provide a thorough and accurate showcase of their product to the homeowners. I've had the pleasure of working with one in particular who needed a designer to help with the client's move-in. What a delight both she and they were and are! Jack Southard

Purchased an Emerald Home and closed 2015 City of Sarasota, West of the Trail over $600,000.00 Found the staff from the very beginning (Mark Moncelli) to be very helpful as we moved forward to purchase the house. Worked with staff from DR Horton in Tampa during the closing stages and at the same time and after the closing worked very closely with David Hunihan and Jack Williams to ensure that everything that we had asked for and everything that may needed to be tweaked a little, or fixed got done. David and Jack did everything they could to make sure that we as homeowners of an Emerald Home were satisfied with our choice.
