After careful research, I landed on Allegiance to build my addition. It is an ADU for my mother in law. I chose Emerson because after meeting him, I liked that he is very detail oriented, he knows his stuff, and is a bit of a code wonk. . The project ended at near $400K. It's not often you can contract and complete a year long project with very few minor problems. We are very happy with everything.

We used Emerson and team for a full kitchen remodel of our 1900 Victorian in 2018. He was detailed, professional, and the end result is beautiful! He was patient and knowledgeable as well, as this was our first remodel of such magnitude and we had a lot of questions. He and team also installed reclaimed heart pine throughout our first floor and did a wonderful job weaving it in to the original we wanted to save. He also respects the history of your home and will work with you to keep important aspects of charm and character. We will definitely be using him for projects in the future!

Allegiance Construction worked on my $13 million dollar 40 unit condo renovation. Their scope was to hanging (A) all doors & frames & hardware, (B) installing kitchen cabinets, which we had 40 custom kitchens. and (3) all baseboard detail though-out units and common areas. They also rebuilt 2 main stairwells in common area, plus built custom stairwells within units Allegiance was very professional, guys in the field worked great with other trades and quality of carpentry scope was excellent. Due to complexity of project, knowing that project punch list would be extensive, Allegiance worked extremely well with our staff to complete their punch list in quick timely manner that satisfied both myself and my cleint. I would highly recommend Allegiance Construction for future work.

After interviewing several contractors for our home renovation (rebuild really) we met with Emerson and Emerson from Allegiance. We knew right away we wanted to go with them. They were reasonably priced (not too high, not low-balling) and gave us the sense that they truly cared about us, our needs, and the quality and timeliness of the build. We had a 1200 sq. ft. ranch built in 1945 that we needed to add an in-law sweet on the first floor, re-layout the rest of the first floor, and add a second floor with 3 bedrooms to take us to 2400. Oh, not to mention a third floor bonus room. So, one floor to three floors, one bathroom to 4 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms to four bedrooms. All on the original small footprint of a foundation. Quite the project! Working with our architect, they quickly got to work, dealing with the complicated process of permits and setting up a schedule. They had to stay on the original foundation, which was not fully structurally sound but they quickly and cost effectively got it fixed. The home also had two rooms not on the original foundation that were renovated and blended to the main house seamlessly. The roof lines in particular were a source of concern but they end up looking flawless. As with any renovation the size of this size, you're going to run into an unforseen problem. And our project was no exception. Whenever a problem came up, it was explained precisely, transparently, and the cost was itemized so we understood what cost what. We would without hesitation recommend Allegiance. We couldn't be happier with our completely transformed and awesome home! You'll be happy you hired them!

We hired Lowe's to renovate our master bathroom and had the good luck to get Emerson for the contractor to do the job. Emerson understood what we wanted and helped with some changes that were not that much more expensive, but would save us from having to do some things over again in the future. He was always available and when we had questions about the project. They always did an excellent job of cleaning up each that that when we came home at the end of the day, the only trace that they were there was the bathroom was more complete. Will definitely give them a call next project that comes up!

Allegiance completed 2 bathroom reno’s and a kitchen upgrade as well opening a wall in the living room. I had an excellent experience with them. Emerson was extremely helpful and on point. He made sure that everything was cleaned up and put away each day. He was always available when I had any questions or concerns. If I left a voice mail I always received a call back. They are thorough and responsive. They have insightful advice and they did a great job of really listening to what I wanted . I was guided thru every step of the process. I highly recommend them and they are the only contractor I use now, you get quality, confidence and a piece of mind that everything will be done on time and right.

We had our kitchen renovated, all the way to the studs. Emerson and his crew at Allegiance did an amazing job! The entire crew was professional to deal with, they paid attention to the small details of the project, were tidy and respectful of our home. I have recommended them to others looking for similar jobs to be done, and would again.

We met with several contractors to discuss our kitchen renovation but after meeting with Allegiance we immediately knew they were the best fit for us. They really understood the aesthetic we wanted and were truly excited about our project. All of their crew and subs were very professional, respectful of our home, and took care in their work. Every detail was addressed and even eight months after completion they were back to take care of a few minor issues. Good communication, fun to work with and overall did a terrific job.

Allegiance Construction remodeled our kitchen last summer. They were easy to work with and responsive to all my questions . All the workers were easy to have in the house and I felt comfortable having them in my home everyday. The kitchen turned out wonderful. We love it and would highly recommend Allegiance.

Alliegiance remodeled our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and installed new flooring and crown molding throughout our home. All work was completed expertly and ahead of schedule.
