From start to finish Energy Gaurd Midwest helped me through the process of making my home beautiful again. They have a insurance specialist who worked with my insurance to get me what was really deserved. It was a wonderful experience and i would recommend them, and if i ever need roofing, windows and siding i will use them again.

We have been waiting for months to get this company back to finish this project. Finish work needs to be done plus replace materials that were installed in correctly or damaged, Have called many times,but they never contact me, I thought they were (honest) as they asked me to pay in full before the job was completed so employees could be paid and I thought it was the right thing to do, (NOT) It looks like once they get your money they lose interest, They told me how great there warranty was;but i doubt my problems would garner there interest. I'am checking to see what my legal options are.

Horrible company. Bad materials for siding, bad installation, been trying to get the problem resolved for over 6 months with no reply from Tim Henry who sold us the whole project. Working with our lawyer now to hopefully finally get everything resolved. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I have a signed contract for class IV shingles to be installed. Energy Guard instead installed regular heritage shingles. They have done absolutely nothing to fix the problem and make no effort to answer a phone. I had problem after problem with scheduling. I had to call many times just to get them to come to install the roof. Please be very careful to NOT use this company. If you have questions or want more detail please e-mail me.
