Brian and his team designed and built our screened-in porch. Most of the work was done in the Covid period when materials and workers were in short supply. Throughout the construction project Brian was able to keep his commitments and the quality of the work was excellent. Their team was always very considerate and responded immediately to all of our concerns. We are extremely happy with our new porch and recommend them for any of your construction projects.

Thanks again to Brian and Ken and all the crews who completed the work. We knew we wanted to expand the entry area from our garage and add bedrooms to our mostly unfinished basement. Brian and Ken were very knowledgeable and happy to meet with my family and in-laws on many occasions to discuss and then show us several options in order to accommodate our desires within our construction budget. We had never been through a project like this so we did not quite know what to expect. Yet, Brian was always reachable by phone or e-mail if we had any questions or concerns or desired changes. We did learn that as with any job of this scope it would not go 100% smooth. There were some material delays due to the pandemic. Additionally there were some minor errors that occurred in areas that were not part of the project. They were mostly cosmetic and Brian was quick to tell us about what happened and how he would make sure it was made right to our satisfaction. We also appreciated the flexibility that was afforded to us when we asked to make changes as the project progressed. This also includes when we had some issues with making installment payments at the agreed to times due to a personal change in finances caused by the pandemic. Once again, thanks to all, the framers, the plumbers, the roofers, electricians, HVAC crews, the finishers, painters, etc. and all the hard work put in order to finish our project. We are well pleased with the results and the new space!

Brian and his team took on our "kitchen remodel" which, due to some opportunities that arose, we were able to renovate the majority of our entire first floor. With new hardwood floors, a beautiful new center island, shining countertops and new ceiling height cabinets, along with amazing appliances, the kitchen is stunning. Brian gave us a "locker" area in our laundryroom, brand new cabinets and countertop in the bathroom. His team redid our back deck with Trex, making a new space to enjoy cooking outdoors. He was always ready to make changes if we needed them, and kept a great timeline so we could get back into our working kitchen quickly. I will recommend Brian and Enerjac to everyone looking to update their home.

Provided a Face-lift to the front of our house. The largest piece of the project was the replacement of the aluminum siding with Hardie Board. This included replacing much of the underlying chipboard which had incurred water damage. They also rebuilt the pillars supporting the roof over the front porch, replaced the front entry door, redirected the downspout to move the water away from house and replaced the front sidewalk. Brian provided many great ideas and worked hard to meet all of our expectations.

My experience with Enerjac Construction was wonderful. They were professional from the first meeting with Brian Christensen to the final inspection. I had my lower level finished and I could not be more pleased. The sub contractors were clean, respectful and always on time. The work was top notch and the quality was the best. I am planning on having my kitchen remodeled and I will be using Enerjac again. I know they will do an excellent job.

RUN FROM THESE GUYS... Our $200k remodel has been plagued with constant problems and repairs, primarily due to shortcuts, inferior product substitutions and apparent incompetence. They have failed to show any responsibility for their mistakes, even after admission of guilt in one settlement. We're now spending another $15k in repairs after discovering they simply covered up issues without making the repairs... making their bold faced lies into a true "cover up".

We are an Electrical Contractor and our experience with Enerjac Construction Inc., has always been great from start to finish. Brian's integrity, experience, and work ethics make all of our projects a great success. We are continually impressed with the professionalism of Brian and his staff.

Brian comes from a building and remodeling family who were pioneers in "smart" remodeling. He has strong customer service skills, a strong staff (generations still involved in the business), plus the technical skills to complete the largest and most complex projects in a professional and timely manner. In particular, he possesses the personality, patience, and sense of humor required for the most demanding and challenging customers. When the economy returns, Brian will be the one to hit the road running.
