Engel Air installed my have home unit in 2015... in 2019 we occurred an damaged coil. The coil was ordered and replaced quicker than the time I was told to expect. Their service and professionalism was excellent. June 2020 we had our unit serviced, routine checkup... had the opportunity to meet the owner of Engel Air. Once again it was a excellent and informative service call. I highly recommend Engel Air. From the voice your hear when called to schedule an appointment to the technicians that come to our home, they provide a very satisfying service.

I called to set up a service call for evaluation of my air conditioning unit. The man on the phone, who later revealed himself as the owner, was rude and condescending. He was more interested in charging a visit fee then discussing what was included in that fee. He was quick to extract my credit card information and wanted to hang up. When I asked him a question about the visit his tone was hostile. I asked to speak with someone else in the office and he told me he was the owner. I suggested that the customer service aspect of the call wasn't very good. He told me to take my business elsewhere. I am happy to say that his competitor has a much more professional and pleasant approach to their customers. Shame on you Engel Air.
