I did my research. I had 5 different roof companies quoted for my entire roof replacement. We had lower and higher prices. The products use by all the company were similar. But what it really makes the different a to us was the customer service that we received from every single person that we had to talk at this company. From the sales person who explains everything to us (Walter), the owner who came to confirm the work site and the work order (Earl), the logistics (Meg) and all the crew that was here the day of the job. The cleaning of the site was impeccable. I am recommending this company to everyone! One of the best contractors that I had worked with in South Florida!

They are friendly, accommodating, efficient and most of all competent. I am in the middle of the job right now . They have sent prospective customers by to see their work and everyone has said how impressed they are.

This is the second time we have engaged Johnston Roofing. As usual, the old roof was replaced with new from the bare wood up. Tear down and paper including all hot mop was completed on day one. Tiles laid down and clean up required about 2 more days. Excellent work. Thanks.

I live in Miami Florida and I have used Earl W. Johnston Roofing several times over the years. First they replaced our old tile roof with a new one, then repaired damage done by a hurricane and finally cleaned and sealed our roof. Every time they have come exactly when they said they would and done more than a professional job. They clean up as they work and leave the property in excellent shape. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Great people and a great company!

Thoroughly professional from start to finish. I had to replace my entire leaky roof and was extremely nervous about the cost of unseen damage to fascia boards, rafters and underlayment because of the prior owners neglect. After removing the tiles, the team took pictures of everything so I could see the problems that need to be addressed. Even though it required quite a bit if additional wood being replaced, they stuck close to their estimate. I appreciate that the owner was in site several times during the process, assuring that everything was being done correctly. They were quick and always left the worksite spotless. We've received many compliments on the new roof and I've made a point to pass on that Earl Johnston Roofing was our roofer. In Miami, it's somewhat difficult to find reliable and professionals in the trades. Earl Johnston Roofing is the reliable professional you've been searching for.
