Excel Painting is a highly motivated, professional painting company. Our painting crew takes pride in the finished product whether it be a small kitchen or a 50 unit condo complex in the Lakes Region area, Concord, Manchester, or anywhere in New Hampshire. From start to finish, we try to work in the most professional manner. Power washing and mildew removal services are available prior to painting. Light carpentry repairs such as clapboard or shake replacement is also available. Windows are masked off before any spray painting to ensure no contact with paint and all personal property is protected. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We cover a large area across New Hampshire, from homes nestled in the Foothills of Loon Mountain in Lincoln to Birch Hill Terrace Retirement Community in Manchester. We have done numerous multimillion dollar NH houses located on Governor's Island in Gilford, and throughout many other communities including Franklin, Tilton, Laconia, Meredith, Concord and Sanbornton. We have also done many projects along Moultonboro Neck Road in Moultonborough. We have a gate access code for communities such as South Down Shores and Long Bay in Laconia. Pricing out a painting project can be a difficult task to do. There's no magical numbers that get plugged into an equation and the exact price appears. We believe that communication between customers and contractors is highly important. The same house could have a few different prices depending on a variety of circumstances. Sometimes a customer asks us to paint their home because they intend on selling it and understand that a coat of paint can pay for itself ten times in the sale of the house. This particular customer doesn't usually care if every crack is caulked and all nail holes are patched. They want a nice looking job at a price that fits their budget. Other customers want the job to be 100% perfect but can't find the talent to meet their expectations. They have thrown one, two, and in some cases even three painting contractors off their property before they find us. We have the ability to do high end work at a price less than what most people would expect to pay.
