Phil did a wonderful job on our home renovation. He is professional, reliable and a great guy! All of his sub contractors were great too. The job was completed on time and he handled any issues that arose (very few and minor).

I hired Phil Fackler because of his reputation for a remodel project on my Condo so that I could sell it! This included a total kitchen demolition and expansion, electrical requiring, recessed lighting addition, complete repaint of the condo and laminate flooring laid throughout. The kitchen expansion included knocking down part of a wall and opening the soffit to allow for custom cabinets, countertops and new appliances. This also included the removal of old appliances and installation of new appliances. Phil was an outstanding contractor and was able to work with my busy schedule. At the time I was a single woman in my early 30s and I felt completely comfortable with all the workers he hired coming in and out at late hours in the evening as this is what my schedule demanded. It is so hard to find good workers in this day and age and Phil only surrounds himself with good people! My condo looked like a million bucks when he was through with it and I will certainly use him again in the future! I highly recommend him.

Mr. Fackler did an amazing job for my wife and I. We were newly married and needed more space in our house and Mr. Fackler built an addition onto our house with the new bedroom. He worked expediently and in an economical manner. The craftsmanship was excellent and anytime there was a small problem he would immediately address it.

To say Fackler Homes Inc. did an “excellent job” does begin to cover how fantastic of a job Phil Fackler and his crews did for us while remodeling our kitchen and children’s bathroom this past summer. Phil Fackler has been in this business a long time and his knowledge and professionalism completely reflect that. Not only was his ability to seamlessly schedule the crews for our job but the crews he hired for our project provided us with a quality of work that was bar none! The plumbers went above and beyond making sure our family had hot water to bathe in every night during their portion of the project. The quality of the tiling crew was exquisite. And the carpenter saved the day building a custom piece for the office area in our kitchen when we couldn’t get exactly what we wanted from the cabinet company. Fackler Homes Inc. was completely respectful of our budget but it was made known from the beginning that they do not cut corners and “cheaply” make things to lower budgets. You get what you pay for and when you work with Fackler Homes Inc. you get an exquisitely done renovation job. It has been several months now and I still can’t believe that this newly remodeled kitchen and newly remodeled bath is mine! It’s just so beautiful!

Phil Fackler gets an A+!!! We interviewed several home builders for our remodel but the only builder we LOVED was Phil Fackler. Phil is just a delightful person and we are so glad we found him!! His rare combination of intelligence, kindness and humor made the entire remodel as fun and as pain-free as possible. Starting on day 1, Phil exceeded our expectations by going over and above to protect the inside of our home during the project. His crew is hard-working, polite and 100% trustworthy. We got to know everyone by name and we never felt nervous being away from home while they worked. The entire team did an excellent job and demonstrated significant attention to detail throughout the project. When the remodel was complete we were surprised by how transparent Phil was about the cost breakdown. He even provided us with copies of invoices from his sub-contractors. It was refreshing to meet such an honest contractor!! In closing, Phil Fackler is a rare Louisville treasure and we feel so fortunate to know him!! We most certainly plan to hire Phil for all future remodel projects and we would recommend him to ANYONE seeking a great home builder!!

Fackler Homes built our 3,000 sq ft, two story patio home at Quarry Bluff in Jeffersonville, IN. The expertise and professionalism of Phil and his contractors surpassed our expectations. His input in perfecting the design maximized the space and attractiveness. The latest innovations were used to improve the efficiency and future cost of operations. His immediate response and personal attention alleviated any concerns for us. Home selling and building simultaneously is usually stressful, but Phil made the latter painless and rewarding for us. We highly recommend Fackler Homes for all construction projects and would gladly answer questions concerning our experience with Fackler Homes.

We hired Fackler Homes to do a major remodel of our house in the fall of 2015. The cost was well into 6-digit territory. The project involved removing walls, moving doorways, leveling floors, and updating plumbing and electrical systems that were 50 years old. We were highly satisfied with the outcome. The project came in on time and under budget. Sub contractors showed up on time and performed their work professionally. We were extremely pleased. Phil Fackler is honest, detail oriented, hands on, and highly competent.

Fackler Homes, Phil Fackler remodeled our master suite and kitchen /great room. He also added a screened in porch and patio with a fireplace. The remodel went smoothly, on time and the outcome was gorgeous. We were very pleased with every one of his contractors and Phil did an awesome job coordinating his contractors so there was very little lag time. We lived in our home during all the remodel and his staff cleaned up each day and were very cognizant of our schedules and needs. We would highly recommend Fackler Homes to anyone and have given references to a number of friends and neighbors interested in remodeling.

I wanted a totaly bathroom makeover. This bathroom is the primary bathroom for guests and is also used for one for a spare room. Fackler Homes was quick to set up an appointment, listen to what I wanted to acieve with the space, listen to my ideas, look at pictures I found off of Houzz and suggest other personal touches.Bathroom was completely gutted. A walk in shower, completely tiled with a tile accent inlayed was installed with rimless glass. An archway was built over the shower to extend the ceiling height and make the room look bigger. A custome vanity was built from a picture I found and Mr. Fackler finished it off with beautiful crown molding around the ceiling. He suggested to paint the ceiling a lighter shade that was is on the walls and it is just beautifil. He also suggested installing a heavy duty exhaust fan to absorbe the moisture with a timer switch on the wall. A dimmer light was installed and was finished it off by hanging the decorative mirror and lights. It is beautiful and I have received so many compliments.
