About Us

Annie developed her passion for design and interiors early while running through the antique laden rooms in her grandparents' Victorian home. After receiving her degree in Dramatic Art from UNC-Chapel Hill, Annie moved to Los Angeles where she started her successful career in Interior Design. She studied Interior Design at Parsons The New School in NYC. Her extensive experience handling high-end commercial and residential projects all over North America for several years, while working with design titans Kelly Wearstler and Michael Smith, naturally led her to start her own design studio, Annie Fair Design. Annie is dedicated to her clients' interiors expressing her eclectic sensibility in a mix of modern and traditional styles. Her love of color combinations and unexpected materials allows for a fresh creative palette to re-imagine a space for her clients' delight.

Interior Design (including a kitchen remodel) for a residence with a young family. Annie has such a stylish eye for details and was a true pleasure to work with. I don’t know how she did it, but she was able to find a way to create a space that was both child friendly and beautiful. When my husband and I weren’t able to agree on something, she always came up with a compromise that we were both happy with. We get so many compliments when people visit us.

Hiring an interior designer is one of the best decisions I made. Annie, has all the knowledge or color, textures, finishes , paint ect. I lacked even though I had a clear vision of what I didn’t want. Annie seemlessly managed the purchase, delivery and installation of materials of my home. I often smile at the wallpaper we chose or the lamp she found, because the are all perfect and so “me”. And to top it all off Annie is a delite to work with, no designer who here just amazing talent!

Annie is a fantastic designer. She listened to my very specific needs and came up with perfect options for my budget and tastes. We don't live in the same city, so she worked with me remotely, and I was amazed that she pulled together such great ideas using only the dimensions of the room and pictures that I gave her.
