Fence looks pretty good, I got what I asked for, aside from a few spots where there are screws sticking out because they missed their mark. I wanted to finance the fence but they told me I had to set that up prior to the job being done. They are charging me an extra 2% for breaking it up into two payments within 30 days. I didn't hear from anyone from their office before so I don't know how that would have been possible. The crew didn't cleanup too great afterwards, had to pick up about a dozen screws from my driveway. They also left behind asphalt from where they dug through driveway for posts. I plan on fencing up the front yard next year..it wont be with fesco.

Don't waste your time with Fesco Fence. Starting with a fence purchase worth over 5k and finishing with latches, hinges, and handles, the experience was more than frustrating. The hinges rusted, the latches broke off after just about a week. After contacting them, their excuse was they can't help me because someone else put on that latch (I guess no one else can do it as good as them and would never happen had they installed it.)

we have been working with mrs ginsberg since august 2016 when she contacted us for a fence installation. our project manager met her and gave her a proposal which she said was too much money and she would have it installed by her person. she bought the materials from us, an aluminum and vinyl fence and gate. the person she had install it called and came in to our office numerous times to get advice on the installation, which we were glad to do. he was clearly over his head since this type of fence is not an easy installation but not impossible if you follow the directions.
in spring 2017 mrs ginsberg complained to us that the post caps were coming off, the fence was rusting and the gate didn't work. we told her that we didn't do the installation so we couldn't warranty the workmanship. however as a courtesy our project manager, who was there originally went to look at the job. in addition to the posts not being plumb and level, some fence sections were too high on the post so the caps wouldn't stay on. some of the screws that come with the hinges had the heads snapped off, most likely by applying too much torque on the screwgun during installation. the installer then drilled out larger holes and put carriage bolts through the hinges. the bolts were now rusting, not the fence. its an aluminum fence with vinyl inserts so it doesn't rust. in addition, there were extra holes in the gate post and gate, probably from not installing the hinges and latch correctly. the latch wasn't working from the gate post being out of plum and settling, probably from not digging a deep enough hole or not enough cement.
we would never install a fence and gate in that manner and we couldn't warranty it since it was a workmanship issue.
she then had a "contractor" look at it and he said it was a warranty issue. we told her if she wanted to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer the warranty information is on our website, on the manufacturers website and in the instructions included with the fence. the procedures included her contacting the manufacturer directly.
we didn't hear from mrs ginsberg until jan 2018 when she ordered another gate. again she had her person install it and not us. since 2016 the manufacturer stopped welding the gates so they could be field assembled by the installers to make minor size adjustments. this must have confused her person doing the installation because she recently contacted us about her latch not working. if its a warranty issue she should contact the manufacturer or return it to us and well help her with it. we haven't seen it but if its an installation issue we didn't do the installation so we can't be held accountable for poor workmanship. if we had installed it we would have covered it.
we install over 500 fences a year and each week we have a crew do warranty repairs. these range from adjusting hinges and gates to straightening posts. in the long run, it pays to have your fence installed by a professional so its done right and the workmanship is warrantied.

A big thank you to Tom Festa and his staff at Fesco Fence for doing a gret job at my home on two separate occasions - once when a storm damaged my fence and again when I needed a gate latch replaced. Both time, Tom/his staff responded quickly to my phonecall, provided me with an estimate, and completed the job beautifully.
I highly recommend Fesco Fence if you need a fence, decking or an outdoor structure.

This experience was first class from beginning to end. Damian Lisotta was the best salesman we have encountered in the fence business. He measured perfectly, quoted the price fairly, helped with a local permits and approvals, installed on time, and followed up regularly to make sure we were happy. I wish all the work on my home could have been handled with as much great customer service as we received from Damian and FESCO FENCE !

I would highly recommend Fesco Fence. My project took time to finalize due to coordination with another property owner. They were extremely patient and flexible on scheduling. The final job was done well and everyone at both the office and the installers were friendly and kept me informed

I would not use any other fencing company but Fesco fence. From the estimate to the completion of the job they were totally professional. The quality of their work was exceptional and was completed within 2 days. Over 300 feet of fencing was constructed and I have had many people comment on how nice it looked and how well constructed it was. Unlike other fencing companies in Rockland County they used quality materials and take pride in their work.

FESCO was great; they did exactly what they said they were going to do, everything was on time even how long they would take to install the fence the day they were doing it. We were very happy and will have them do more work for me in the future.

Fesco Fence installed a large ornamental fence in my back yard around my pool. They did exactly what they said they would do on time and without a hassle. Tom Festa is great to deal with and very reliable. I highly recommend Tom and Fesco Fence.
