We visited the shop and were most impressed by the knowledge and courtesy,the fire was fitted by the engineer who was extremely helpful and efficient.The service was 5 star and we would recommend this company to anyone.

Beautiful showroom with highly professional staff. Luke was very attentive to detail in planning our installation. The installation team arrived exactly on time and fitted our wood burner and new hearth very neatly with the minimum disruption and mess. Thank you for an excellent finished job.

We recently visited Stoke gas, Shelton, S O T, because we had started a total renovation project in our home. As we were making complete changes, and after trawling the internet, without success we decided to visit the above branch, numerous times may I add. At each visit we were treated with patience, professionalism, pleasantness. we greatly admired the knowledge of all types of fires and felt we left very happy with our purchase without straying far from our planned budget.
