Five Guys Roofing

We engaged this company for our home buyer's inspection and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The ""sales representative"" insisted that our roof needed to be entirely replaced, despite having no issues just three years ago and an expected lifespan of 10-30 years. He even claimed that the roof was causing interior water damage to our ceilings. However, the pictures he provided in his report to show the supposed water damage were simply marks left behind from tape or items that had been hung up previously. This error is not only comical, but it could also jeopardize the buyer's loan approval and prevent the sale of our home, all because we refuse to accept the representative's estimate of $12,000 for a roof replacement based on his inability to differentiate between real water damage and tape residue.
