Referred by a friend, and was not disappointed. Can’t say enough great things about this company! Professional, responsive, great communication and great finished product. Floors are gorgeous. Installation was perfect.

We had a lower level floor replaced and a rug custom made for our porch. We had high expectations because we had worked with Floor of Distinction a few years ago. They managed to exceed our high expectations on both projects. Logann was extremely knowledgeable on the products and directed us to great choices. Delivery and installation went exceptionally well in both cases. And lead times were not too bad which is unusual these days. Great job by Floors of Distinction!

We bought our house 2 years ago which was built and stuck in 1991. We knew that flooring would be a priority project. There were many pieces to the puzzle including carpeting, hardwood floors, luxury vinyl tile and custom stair work. We were referred to Floors of Distinction by a co-worker. We worked with the owner Bruce as well as Billie and Logan. Along with a great selection of samples and creative design ideas, our entire project went very smoothly. Working with one store for our entire project from start to finish was great and incredibly convenient. No chasing around trying to coordinate products and installation. Speaking of installation, all of the installers were great! Very professional and made helpful suggestions along the way. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out.

We just had vinyl flooring done and had an awesome 10+ experience. Heather and staff were very professional and so helpful. Daryl, the installer did a perfect job- so meticulous. We love our floors and Highly recommend Floors of Distinction.

We recently tackled the dreaded job of replacing carpet throughout the house. Logann and Christina were incredibly helpful with design options. They came out to my home to help narrow down the choices and provide feedback. The entire process was just seamless! Steve and Mike did an amazing job on installation. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend FOD!

Karen was the best! She went above & beyond my expectations during our remodel project. She promptly responded to my inquiries professionally & timely resulting in perfect flooring product for our home. Colleen was extremely helpful in helping us find the right product (Luxury Vinyl Tile) and Matt and Nate did an exceptional job in installing our new flooring. I have purchased vinyl flooring and carpet from Floors of Distinction, both through Jayne Morrison Interiors. In both cases I found products I had not seen anywhere else that were the best match for my needs. Before the carpet was laid, Floors of Distinction also leveled the flooring under the carpet, which turned out to be considerably more work than they or I expected but very effective. The staff at Floors of Distinction was always very helpful and made me feel like my project really mattered to them.

I can't say enough great things about Floors of Distinction- every part of our project was a WOW! Karen was such a big help with her interior design background. She made the selection process so easy by learning what we wanted and brought samples to our home multiple times until we got it right. Bruce was so helpful in putting all of the pieces together so everything worked like clock work. Richard did the installation and was nothing short of amazing! He worked tirelessly and paid attention to every detail even when it wasn't part of his job. I have never seen a man work so hard and with such a great can do attitude. We did acacia wood floors on our main level and carpeted 2nd floor. Beautiful workmanship! Everything was done on time and budget. We are so pleased with everything - exceeded our expectations!
