Purchased a 30 year old townhouse in St Charles, in original condition, and knew it needed to be gutted. Met with several contractors before a friend recommended Frank. Hired him the same day! The entire inside and some of the outside were completely redone. It was such a pleasure to work with Frank and his team. The professionalism and workmanship were outstanding. The result is exactly what I envisioned and working with Frank was a pleasure. I have recommended him to friends, who have also hired him.

My husband and I worked with the On Edge Design & Construction team on our master bedroom, master bathroom & master closet renovation. The entire On Edge team was professional, worked tirelessly to ensure each detail was completed to our liking and was on task daily utilizing every day towards the projects completion. Frank and his team brought the expertise of construction to our project but also a huge component that most contractors don't have: an expert eye for design within the construction. On Edge brought dynamite visual concepts to our project that complimented the construction which made every detail unique. We have worked with many contractors, on a number of projects and have had the opportunity to meet other construction contractors- but never the uniqueness and skill set that Frank and the On Edge Design & Construction team brings to each project. We can honestly say we have never met anyone who we hold in higher regard. Frank is the most focused and courteous General contractor I have ever worked with on any project. His attention to detail is second to none--he is not just a high level person! Frank and team were first class and I couldn't have found a better team to work with. Frank is just fantastic. His vision of ideas, eye for detail are honestly incredible. My regret is I didn't have him build me a house from start to finish.
