I was tasked with listing my parents house for sale and was so fortunate to find G Larco Home Staging. Guillermo is the definition of professional. After reaching out to him, he was super responsive and early to our initial consultation. He had a ton of great recommendations in terms of cosmetic fixes and paint colors. His pricing was completely reasonable and better than the other Home Staging companies that I called. After he was through staging (he was extremely accommodating to my timeline), the house looked so much better. I am extremely happy with the experience and will be using him for all of my future listings!

The first time our house was listed for sale, we cleared out all the clutter and I attempted some basic home staging. The house looked pretty empty in the photos and we did not have a single viewing during the first 30 days it was on the market. We decided to switch tactics, and I requested a consultation with Guillermo prior to shooting new photos / hosting our first open house with a new realtor. The consultation was truly fantastic, and Guillermo offered room by room guidance, keeping in mind what the photos would capture and how to make a house feel clutter-free and homey at the same time. His staging prices were very reasonable, but ultimately we decided to just implement changes based on his suggestions. Traffic increased immediately after the new photos were posted, and the house was under contract in about 2 weeks!
