I bought a home up in the Martinez hills last May that has a complex, low clearance garage door. This was a bank owned property so it was purchased as is and the garage door was not functioning correctly. I had garage door company "x" come out and take a look at and while they fixed the issue they did not solve the problem and it started having the same issue again. By chance I happened to meet Scotty O'Neil of Madden Doors at a local restaurant and mentioned the problem I was having. He came out and instead of trying to sell me a new door he actually complimented the quality of the existing install, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and showed me what to do if it happened again. 10/10 as far I am concerned.

As a local Designer and construction project manage, I've needed estimates for garage doors. They are courteous, , on time, quick, efficient and they back up their work. I have never experienced anything different. They have replaced and repaired several of my garage doors and operators, and they have even customized my installation in cases when I had special requirements for ceiling clearance in the garage. The doors they sell are of the best quality and will last a lifetime. These guys know doors!
