TLDR: If you need good service, do not go here. If you need experts, do not go here. If you are looking to build a relationship with a vendor, do not go here. If you want to pay high price go here. My experience: If I could provide less than one star I would. I initially came into Boulder Ridge through a referral. I had the windows delivered to my house, and installers come the next week to install them. Among other costs, they charge a driving fee of $100. Boulder messed up on the measurements, delaying install for another 6-8 weeks. I never received any notification the windows were in or ordered correctly. Multiple follow ups and emails, high turnover and had to explain my order to each new person. Not to mention not getting calls or emails back on multiple occasions. Definitely a waste of time, disorganized group of people that have little to no customer service, and definitely do not know how to measure. Lastly, I asked them to cover the $100 that I have to pay the installers to come back and re-install. They will not cover this even though it is their mistake. They are middle to high cost of others on the market, and for this price would expect much more. If you need good service, do not go here. If you need experts, do not go here.
