Gary Moore Furniture

Gary Moore has designed, constructed and finished two pieces for us: A glass shadow box for display of an antique doll belonging to Kenna and a beautiful cabinet for display of a collection of antique china and dishware and a collection of toy tractors/farm equipment. In addition to the mirrored, glass shelved, lighted display viewed behind glass, wood framed doors and windows, this floor to ceiling cabinet was designed for the unique space we had. It includes roomy storage in the bottom half. The quality of workmanship on both pieces is well above anything we have ever seen commercially. Gary took the time to be sure he understood our expectations and budget. The cabinet is an especially important piece that we always bring guests to view. The workmanship is superb. The joinery, and tailor made doors and door panels, the display shelving and moldings where called for are exquisite. He choose materials and finishes that certainly meet our expectations related to appearance and ease of care. He was especially creative in construction of the pieces so that they could be maneuvered through doorways and stairways into place and assembled on site. The doll display too was crafted so that it could be transported and installed comfortably in the space we had in mind. We have no reservations of any kind in recommending Gary Moore and his work. He is an artist driven to create excellent pieces of which his clients are proud. Word of mouth advertising is working for him and his business is growing in a marketplace where there is understanding and appreciation of his talent and business sense.

The ogle toybox is really nice as is; however, Gary worked with me to customize one for my son. Gary was very responsive whenever I had questions, and he was really helpful in providing additional information about the toybox as is and ways to customize it. We ultimately selected a custom color (navy) to match my son's room, and Gary also added my son's name on the inside of the toybox. The payment process was smooth, the shipping was timely and most importantly (to me)--the toybox is PERFECT!

I had Gary make a breakfast-bar, high-top table with two matching stools. The table has to be sturdy enough to support the granite slab placed on top (matching my counter tops).. Gary made the table and stools out of cherry to match my cabinets. The style is simple and elegant: just what I wanted. Simply gorgeous!
