This was our first kitchen renovation project and I couldn't be more happy that we went with Brian & Dianna. As everything was new for us, they both answered all of our questions and reassured us that we were always all on the same page! They really lined up the schedule perfectly, from demo to scheduling the plumbers, electrical, painters, cabinet delivery, etc. We were really lucky and even ended our project a couple of days early - permits and all! Have to also give Rafa a shoutout - we loved him too! Thanks for making our dream kitchen a reality - we highly recommend GK&B!

Brian and team came highly recommended from a neighbor where they worked on his home. The project was a total renovation of rental townhouse which had not be updated in decades. Brian and Dianna have extensive experience with updating rental property and were the perfect partners to work with. Their recommendation of design and materials were excellent, while understanding budget and cost constraints for an income unit. The proof is in the pudding - the unit was rented in the first week! They are a pleasure to work with and I'll be calling them for my next project.

We engaged Genuine Kitchen & Bath for an extensive renovation of a recently purchased house. Overall, we were thrilled with the outcome. The project included renovations to the kitchen, replacing two bathrooms, repainting the house, as well as replacing doors, flooring, and trim throughout the house. Throughout the project, Brian was always very responsive to our questions, and he also provided thoughtful feedback on design choices at every step of the way. We were so happy with the project outcome that we have hired Genuine Kitchen & Bath to tackle our next project - upgrading our garage to go with our new & improved home!

We were and are absolutely delighted with our spectacular new bathroom! The workers were polite, on time and highly skilled and we love their work! They just completed our DREAM kitchen, including floors throughout Kitchen and dining room. We could not have possibly had a better experience! This team is out of this world. Our kitchen went from old and outdated to perfection. I always dreamed out a white kitchen but along with our two young children we have two dogs (and a potbelly pig) so white cabinets just didn't seem realistic. Brian and Dianna (the owners) suggested we go with two tone (dark cabinets on bottom and white on top) and it turned out beyond perfect. I can't even imagine having the all white now because the two tone look makes our small kitchen look so much more open. This team is not only creative and caring but also efficient, our entire kitchen transformation happened in two weeks. If you've ever had to be without a kitchen you know that having a company that cares about getting your home back in order as quickly as possible is so important. We love this company so much, we will only ever trust them with our home and recommend them to everyone we know. If you want a company you can TRUST, look no further.

Brian and Dianna are a wonderful, responsive and helpful team. We've been talking about remodeling our two bathrooms for nearly eight years, and every time we started the process we would get completely overwhelmed. I found Brian here on Houzz, and I'm so glad that I did! He met with me promptly, provided ideas, assured me that it was not going to be as difficult as I feared and coached me through the whole structural engineer, city permit and product purchase process. Six months from when we signed our contract our two bathrooms are complete and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our home was built in the 1930s so many hiccups came up throughout the remodel process, but Brian and Dianna were always calm and matter a fact, assuring us that it would all work out. We definitely recommend Genuine Kitchen and Bath for your kitchen and bathroom remodel needs!

Brian and Dianna and their team are amazing! We recently bought a cinderblock home that most contractors were hesitant to work on, if you could get one to even call you back. However, Brian was extremely responsive and provided us a thorough, reasonable quote within 24 hours. We were on a pretty tight timeline, but needed a complete transformation of or home. The home was a disaster and was owned by a smoker of 10+ years. We needed a gutted home to move into with our young son, in less then 8 weeks. Brian and his team were originally hired to work on our floors, ceilings, walls, and lighting. But once we saw how beautiful the house was becoming, we quickly realized how much the kitchen needed to be redone as well. Bryan and Dianna help us think through all of our options and every step of the process. We eventually ended up rearranging the layout of the kitchen and adding all new cabinets, countertops and appliances. At the end of the day they over delivered. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process did a bunch a little extra finishes that we wouldn’t of even thought of doing to make a home extra perfect. Our home is perfect, and the best part is that they came out on budget and under schedule. I mean under the original scheduled timeline before we even added the kitchen. That is unheard of! We are so grateful that we found them and highly recommend them if you need work to your home.

I read all Yelps and Houzz reviews. People feel to post their opinions and that is just what those are, opinions. Doesn't mean the company is bad, or the food is sour, or the quality is not a ten. Its just is a way for people to express their opinion and there are always two sides to everything......So I called Brian at Genuine Kitchen and Bath because that's just what we wanted a quick bathroom remodel. He was polite and professional. Quick at answering our questions. Open to coming out on the day that work best for my husband and I. He showed up took notes and measurements. He gave me some ideas and great links to look at. He got back to us with a price and we took it! I was pleased and it was right in our budget. The timing was normal and on schedule for a bathroom. In the end I'm glad I went with Brian and Genuine Kitchen and Bath. Not all reviews, good or bad mean anything. It's the person and the passion in the end that you have to trust and we made the right one!! Give them a call and ask for Brian, you will love him! :)

They were exceptionally polite and were very efficient with time management. In addition to starting on time and staying on schedule, Brian was also very communicative throughout the process. Brian and Genuine Homes were perfect in getting our bathroom renovated! My family and I have a spare bathroom that we wanted to renovate, and I heard about Brian and Co. from one of my coworkers. I decided to call him up and he was extremely friendly, yet professional, on the phone when describing what I wanted done. He was able to look at my bathroom and give me estimates and materials that were within my price range and size for my old bathroom. Construction went super smooth and was done within my time frame. Overall, Genuine Custom Homes were awesome and efficient at what they did! I would definitely recommend them!

Genuine Custom Homes worked on the kitchen remodel project for my house but did not meet the requirements. They lacked diligence in their work and the installation and plumbing work was poor. Water leaked in the house and damaged the flooring. I would not recommend anybody to hire this company ever.

I was talking to my houzz manager today while reviewing my account to best serve everyone and we ran across this comment. it really hurt to read a comment like this It actually took my breath away. I understood completely from your prospective you and your husband thinking this was a problem caused by my company, but in fact, it was not. The leak you are referring too was from your refrigerator water line which was connected properly and hooked up for well over a week. Your husband Kapil admitted to me that when he ordered the cabinets from a different company that the counter depth fridge he bought would not fit all the way back because the fridge panels were too short. He also stated to me and my wife that he kept trying to push the fridge back to be just right. I find it ironic that the day you and your family moved back into the house, after all our work was complete, you had a leak only on the fridge water line. When you called me on Friday night at 7: 30 pm I rushed over to help in any way possible but arrived to you overly aggressive husband who threatened me with violence and extortion. I had no other choice but to leave.

After I left, your husband continued with his threats against me and my wife over the phone. He also continued to tell me that if I did not pay him $20,000 that he would blast me on social media and news outlets. When I denied his request, he did just that, leaving 15 reviews on Yelp and the same amount on Houzz. He also put some on my google review. I even had reviews from people who i never did work for which are still on my yelp page. You and/ or your husband have tried to slander my name with false accusations. I have pictures of all my work, which you yourself said was beautful. You wouldn't even pay me my final balance due until everything was completely satisfactory to you.

I choose to take on the responsibility to serve the public and what ever that entails good or bad. I love people and that is why I am in the serving business. I have come to terms that I cant please everyone no matter how hard I try .

Life is tough, sometimes when things DONT go perfect take a deep breath and always show kindness.

Our kitchen remodel took forever! They advertise that they are on time and under budget but that certainly wasn't the case with our project. They told us that they were so busy that they couldn't start the project for several months. This was understandable; however, once we were finally on the schedule for the project to begin, we found a lot of the measurements they took were incorrect and a few of the cabinets needed to be redone. Their lack of care in taking proper measurement and being fully engage in the project negatively impacted the little space we had. I know that projects have their challenges but their lack of follow up and follow through was nonexistent. Once we signed the contract, it was like they could have cared less about our experience, much less our kitchen remodel. I would not recommend them for a home remodel project. The quality of their product is below average for the high price you pay, the installation was lacking, they made too many errors in their measurements and their customer service nonexistent. I am not surprised that no one from Genuine ever called us after the job was finally completed to see if we were happy with the kitchen. They always wanted their payments on time but never shown any kind of concern after the mistakes they made. WORST CONTRACTORS EVER!!! May your experience be better than ours if you choose to use them!

Their excellent crew was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and dependable, and always respectful of our needs. They did a beautiful job on our complete bathroom remodel, and on the upgrades to our kitchen, which included electrical and plumbing work in conjunction with the installation of new countertops and backsplash. Their work was excellent, they were always a pleasure to work with, and we couldn't be happier with the results they achieved!

I used Genuine kitchen and bath recently to update 2 bathrooms in my home. Brian and his crew did a great job. They always covered our hardwood floors, cleaned the garbage everyday and kept us in the loop as far as job progress. We decided to fix these bathroom so we could sell the home, which we did. I can honestly say that when we had the open house, all the potential buyers were wowed at how beautiful the bathrooms were. I was really pleased with the whole process and the end result.

My husband and I looked for a GC for months. We had multiple bids and were concerned about reviews and pricing. we have been very pleased with Brian and his team. Timelines are tough to keep but overall were happy with the work and the team is friendly and professional. Would recommend.

We recommend Genuine Kitchen and Bath 100%! They remodeled our entire kitchen and bathroom from the floor up. On-time, clean, and courteous, we trust the whole crew in our home anytime. There were no hiccups with our renovation, no surprise fees or charges--and the work is gorgeous. Little details were added without any management or recommendation on our end and changes we wanted were done promptly. The team assumed responsibility for delays that were our fault or beyond their control. Nice, trustworthy people, superior work.
