Had pipe burst above basement and called due to advertising of 24 hr emergency response. Was able to secure appointment for following day between 12-2 pm so subsequently cancelled different with different plumber since they couldn’t come for two days. At 2:30 my wife called asking where they were and was told they had a plumber who called in sick and couldn’t come out until June 12th (2 weeks later). I no longer “Love These Guys”...

So impressed with the service I call almost 8 pm Tuesday 5/7 19 The lady who answered the phone was so nice I explain my situation and she gave following Friday appointment, Kelsey and he coworker arrive on time there detail everything that had to fixed they were so nice so professional they done all at the same visit I’m so thankful that I call Gez-Ryan. I was waiting almost a month for a contractor that I talked before He came and checked but I didn’t hear anything from Him and Gez Ryan done everything in less than a week I definitely recommend them very Good service.

Had great service from Genz-Ryan HVAC tech Jeff F. He listened to my concerns, took time to explain gene-ryan service plan and was very proficient and professional with the furnace tune-up.

We originally thought that we might have a squirrel tumbling around in the furnace, but upon Genz-Ryan's inspection, we learned that we had a need to either replace or repair part of the heatig element. While all of this is going on, Ryan, our techmician, noticed my allergies and recommended a furnace filter replacement system that has been a wonderful help to us. It is lighter weight, with a "gauze" like filter and made by Prime in New Brighton, MN. In 48 hours, both of us feel so much better and sleep well at night. Thank you!

When I found out my hot water heater was leaking I was a little apprehensive to call a plumber due to some horror stories I have heard from others and their experiences. I did my research and found Genz-Ryan. The website was very user friendly and I was able to chat with someone from the Website online. They called me and scheduled a plumber to come to my house the next day. The Plumber came the next day and was very friendly. He explained everything to me and gave me many options to choose from and I pick the best one for my budget. I would recommend Genz-Ryan.

Alberto was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He had some good advice but didn’t have a hard sale approach like some previous service tech’s have given me in the past. He also did a great job explaining what he was doing and how to read the results from the furnace tune-up.

I requested Matt M. to do my annual water inspection because I appreciate having such a friendly and knowledgeable professional who I can trust. I am especially grateful to Matt for his patience to always thoroughly explain both the problems and possible options for fixing them so that I can make an informed decision that works best for me and my budget. He even went out of his way to make sure that my old water softener was replaced and new one installed & running before all of my out of state guests arrived. Matt truly is the gold standard by which I measure everyone else.
