About Us

As Denver’s preeminent professional staging and design company, we have been staging Denver and the surrounding areas since 1997. Founder, Geri Bigum, started the business long before HGTV began teaching its viewers what “staging” means. With our premium inventory on-hand, we feature brand-name furniture and accessories for staging homes in traditional, transitional or contemporary styles. And for your peace-of-mind and protection, our designers and professional moving company are all fully insured. With our second to none staging team, one lovely assistant and a great moving company, we are able to stage your home quickly. And since we are in the business of helping people sell their houses, we will be committed to working with you to make the sale of your property a reality. Our results are delicious! Staging answers many of the Buyer’s questions so they feel free to write an offer and on the flipside, it saves our Sellers money without the months of carrying costs. There are stagers, and then there is Staging Denver! Wow...not all are created equal. The skill, thoughtfulness, and mastery of their craft really sets Geri, Sarah and the rest of their team apart. Staging Denver did an amazing job. They have an exceptional sense of style and attention to detail. They are really good at noticing the challenges and assets of a property and enhancing or pulling attention away as needed. Our investment property was under contract in 2 days, and I think the staging did a great job in pushing our buyer over the edge and allowing them to imagine themselves living there...in style. They showed up on time, worked quickly, accommodated my scheduling needs and did everything they promised. Everyone I showed the listing photos to complimented the staging and asked who did it. I always recommend Staging Denver, they are pros!

Geri and Sarah are amazing designers and know how to make your property communicate directly to buyers. I was selling a very difficult property and not only did Geri help me with design choices and staging, she also put me in contact with excellent contractors. With the high quality of work that was completed on her recommendation in addition to the beautiful final design of the space she created with Sarah, my difficult property was under contract in 20 days. I highly recommend Staging Denver and if I ever sell property in the Denver area, Staging Denver will be my first call to make sure I get on their calendar.

Geri Bigum and Staging Denver has beeen a good partner to The Corrigan Group for many yrs. They bring a level of excellence and exptertise I find missing in many other stagers. I have enjoyed working with Geri on 3 staging projects in the past 90 days, all higher end single family homes of which we are the listing broker. Geri has the whole package. She has the knowledge, almost a 6th sense, of how to best stage a home to result each time in the entire property showing very well and in most cases superior to the competition. The clients feel at ease with Geri and seem excited to be a part of the transformation during the staging process. Geri takes a true interest in the project seemingly as if it were her own home, guiding the homeowner with a calmness and grace to the best solution. I highly recommend Geri, and have. We have two upcoming listings to be staged, Geri will get the call. Geri will handle the task. We consider this lady to be an important member of our team.
