Glass Max installed 2 shower enclosures in our newly renovated bathrooms in 2010. I had noticed in the last few years that the one door was rubbing against the threshold and the other that was anchored to the ceiling was wobbling. I eventually decided to see if Glass Max were still in business, yes they were. I called and left a message with my concerns and Lance promptly got back to me and arranged for a service call, not only did he realign both my doors but also fixed the one door that had shifted and anchored it securely which all took considerable time at NO COST to me. Lance just installed our new walk-in shower glass door. From the first meeting when he carefully explained all the options and patiently answered all our questions, to the final installation, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. Lance did an amazing job with the installation and we are more than happy with our new shower door.

We were so pleased with the professionalism displayed by lance the first time we met him that we have worked with him twice thereafter . His latest job for us was replacing 18 windows all of which were 100 years old. The job site is a distance from Lance yet he appeared every morning on time and stayed on working until the sun came down. Very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Accurate, Professional and On Time. 5* After getting multiple bids for glass for our shower upgrade, we decided to use Glass Max. We were quoted a very fair price, however that was not the main reason for selecting Glass Max. As each contractor arrives to measure and write a quote, you can evaluate how they work. Lance by FAR was the most accurate and detailed in his measurements. Some guys were in and out in 5 minutes , Lance took his time, used a laser (unlike most others) and measured multiple times, also taking time to discuss the project in detail with me. The glass we were requesting was extremely large and expensive, Lance took the time to pre plan a walking path with the glass through the entire house to make sure the glass could actually come in the house and go where it needed to be installed. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the installation, and the quality of the work. Lance is a great communicator, and was very easy to work with. Everything about the process was smooth and reasonable. I would highly recommend Glass Max for any glass work, and we will use them again in the future, as well.

Glass Max did a great job on my shower surround. I remodeled my shower because my entire family is very tall and we needed a custom height shower. Lance did the glass surround and door. It is absolutely beautiful. Its been several years since this installation, and the glass walls and door look as good today as it did when it was installed. Lance was easy to work with and produced a tremendous outcome. I am now remodeling my children's bathroom and putting in a glass shower. I have hired Lance for this new project. I wouldn't hire anyone else based on my previous experience with Lance and the professional outcome I've come to expect.
